Conference rooms

At your disposal are the following conference and meeting rooms:

 Rooms are air-conditioned and have a natural and artificial light.
You can arrange tables and chairs at your recognition, depending on needs (in cinema version or at tables)

The furnishings of conference rooms may include:

• screen,
• flipchart and paper and markers,
• multimedia projector,
• writing projector,
• foil projector,
• slide projector,
• VCR,
• wireless microphone,
• TV-set plasma 42’’,
• camera,
• PC with access to the Internet.

The cost of renting a multimedia projector is PLN 250, however the usage of other equipment is included in the price of room’s renting.
During a meeting or conference we propose for participants a coffee service which can include: (coffee, tea, juices, waters, biscuits, salty sticks, salads, sandwiches, baked cakes). There is also a possibility of organizing a lunch or supper. We offer a rich menu – Polish and foreign dishes, as well as vegetarian cuisine.

Renting conference rooms during simultaneous using accommodation and gastronomic services is awarded with discounts negotiated individually.
